يتفحص هذا التقرير في ما يمكن للدساتير الوطنية ان تقوم به لتحسين أطر عمل مكافحة الفساد، وعلى الاخص بإستكشاف كيف ينبغي للدساتير الوطنية أن يجري تنسيقها لتقليل فرص الفساد. ويدرس هذا التقرير أطر العمل الحالية في المنطقة، وبضمنها بعض الدساتير الجديدة التي صيغت منذ عام 2010، إضافة الى عدد كبير من الامثلة المقارنة من سلطات قضائية أخرى، لتحديد ماهية الدروس المتيسرة لعموم المنطقة.
