North American outreach and partnerships
Through its office in Washington D.C., the North America programme partners with democracy assistance organizations, think tanks, universities, governmental institutions and multilateral organizations based in the United States and Canada, to share IDEA’s knowledge and data and foster collaboration. It convenes the Global Democracy Coalition, a multistakeholder coalition of more than 160 organizations working together to strengthen democracy around the world.
