Murkthar Suleiman is the Communications Officer for the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Phase II Programme (RoLACII) in Nigeria. He joined the International IDEA in January of 2024. 

Prior to joining International IDEA, Murkthar worked as a Communications Manager for Accountability Lab Nigeria and has worked as a consultant for various projects and organisations, including the Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria, Pathfinder International, Office of the Accountant General in Bauchi State, Nigeria, the Office of the SSA to the President on Social Investment under the At-risk Children Program, the Islamic Education Trust and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
