The EU Support to End Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (ESGBV) in Nigeria Programme is a strategic intervention funded by the European Union and implemented by International IDEA to strengthen Nigeria’s response to sexual and gender-based violence at federal, state and community levels.

Building on the achievements of previous EU-supported initiatives, including the EU-UN Spotlight Initiative and the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption (RoLAC II) Programme, the project adopts a holistic and survivor-centred approach to preventing and responding to SGBV in Nigeria.
