International IDEA is conducting a meeting on “Global databases on election administration sustainability, research methodology and meeting user needs” in Stockholm during the period 13-14 March 2019.

The meeting includes participants from different institutions: Brunel University London, Center for Applied Research and Learning (IFES), Election Authority of Sweden, John F. Kennedy School of Government, University of East Anglia, University of Gothenburg and the Royal Military College of Canada (Kingston). Each of the participants is directly involved in either gathering or using global comparative data on election administration.

During the meeting, the participants will seek solutions to ensure that global databases on elections are updated, relevant, and effectively respond to the immediate needs of election stakeholders.
