Pilar Tello Rozas

Pilar Tello Rozas is responsible for the Gender Bureau for Latin America. Tello's work focuses on two main areas: the design and implementation of programmes and projects in favor of strengthening electoral processes in Peru. Additionally, she is responsible for coordinating initiatives aimed at promoting the political participation of women in Latin America.

As part of her work, Tello Rozas coordinates technical assistance and training to parliamentary groups, political parties and public institutions in Peru. She also participates in research and studies on gender and politics in Latin America. She is the focal point for coordinating interagency initiatives related to gender and politics with other international organizations such as IDB, UNDP, UN Women and OAS-CIM.
