Alfred Fornah is the Communications Officer for International IDEA Programme in Sierra Leone. His role is to support all public information activities and visibility of the programme through print, broadcast and digital media.

Alfred is a communications professional with over 5 years of combined experience in both government and non-governmental organizations including the United Nations. Before joining International IDEA, he worked in complex Communications and Public Relations roles such as serving as the Communications Assistant /Media Focal Point of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Sierra Leone and also represented IOM SL at the UN Communications Group in the country.

Alfred has expertise in public relations, social media/digital media, development communications/community engagement, media relations and advocacy.
