Maurice Mboula Jean-Claude Didier Enguelegue

Senior Programme Officer, Africa and West Asia

Maurice Enguélégué is a Professor of Political Science and has taught for 20 years in French universities (Amiens, Bordeaux and Douai) and in Cameroon at the International Relations Institute. He also worked for the French Government as a Technical Advisor at the Office of the Prime Minister and as Head of Project for the Foreign Ministry’s 'Promoting Democratic Governance in Africa'.

Maurice Enguéléguélé was the Programme Coordinator of the Africa Governance Institute from May 2008 to July 2013. He was Executive Director of the AGI from July 2013 to September 2015. He is Senior Programme Officer at the Africa Region Bureau of International IDEA since October 2015. Maurice Enguéléguélé is member of the Advisory Council of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation since 2012.​​
