Lynn Agwuncha is a Communications Officer with the EU Support to End Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (ESGBV) programme in Nigeria at International IDEA. With over eight years of professional experience, she specializes in strategic communications that advance governance, inclusion, and social development. She joined International IDEA in April 2026.

Before joining International IDEA, Lynn was the Communications Officer for Component 5b of the European Union Support to Democratic Governance in Nigeria (EU-SDGN II) programme at The All-rights Foundation Africa (TAF Africa). She led the development and execution of communication strategies to promote the political inclusion and participation of persons with disabilities in Nigeria. Her professional experience also includes work with the Peering Advocacy and Advancement Centre in Africa.
