Legal basis for administrative requirements at the national level

National ElectoralBoard Regulations No. 2/1999 provides for the legal basis for theadministrative requirements for recall.

The Amended Electoral Law ofEthiopia, Proclamation No. 532/2007,provides the legal basis for the administrative requirements for referendum.
