We express our condolences on the passing of Ron Gould, a distinguished leader in election management and democracy support around the world, from Cambodia to South Africa and Haiti.

Gould served as a senior executive at International IDEA in the 1990s, where his vision and integrity helped shape global electoral standards. His legacy of mentorship, dedication, and commitment to strengthening democratic institutions worldwide will be long remembered. Our thoughts are with his family, colleagues, and all who were inspired by his remarkable contributions.
