International IDEA sponsored twelve episodes of a prime time talk show Naya Sambidhan (New Constitution) on one of the Nepal’s leading private television stations, Kantipur Television (KTV). Federalism is the most debated and anticipated issue in Nepal. The main debates on federalism are the name, number and boundaries of the subnational units (provinces). This episode is focused on the discussion going on inside and outside the CA and the possible meeting points for consensus.
