International IDEA sponsored twelve episodes of a prime time talk show Naya Sambidhan (New Constitution) on one of the Nepal’s leading private television stations, Kantipur Television (KTV) This episode looks at the progress of the drafting of Nepal’s new constitution. Specifically it looks at whether or not discussions had yet reached the stage of drafting, as well as at the basic elements of how to draft a constitution.
