e-voting 2012 After the Constitutional amendment of 2015 no direct elections are held to elect the President. The electoral law was last amended in 2021, but no change has been introduced to external voting regulations. Those who can vote from abroad include diplomatic and military staff abroad and their family members, and also the representatives of corporations registered in Armenia and their family members. Ordinary citizens cannot vote from abroad.
