2014 Legislative Personal 2012 On 21 and 22 June 2014, 3,816 voters cast their ballots for the Council of Representatives (CoR) election in 22 cities disseminated across the 13 countries which hosted the Libyan out of country voting. Manchester and London (UK) witnessed the highest turnout. There were a total of 10,087 voters registered abroad for the CoR election.
2012 Legislative Personal 2012 Out of country voting took place in Canada, Germany, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom, and the United States. Voting took place in the capital cities of these countries except the UAE, where polling was conducted in Dubai. (Source: Carter Center report)
