Yasnaya Guibert is a Senior Communications Officer at International IDEA. 

Guibert's work focuses on enhancing digital content from all teams and offices, with a special emphasis on digital marketing strategies and data analytics. She also works as the focal point for Latin America and Caribbean, and Africa and West Asia regions for communication management. 

Before joining International IDEA, Guibert was a marketing manager, content strategist, and corporate communications specialist in different companies, agencies and multinationals, in Spain.
