Victoria Perotti

Former Associate Programme Officer

Victoria Perotti is was Associate Programme Officer with the Democracy Assessment, Analysis and Advisory (DAAA) unit at International IDEA.  

Perotti's work focused on democracy, conflict and security and on research and policy-oriented analysis regarding post-conflict democratization processes.

Perotti was involved in the creation of The Global State of Democracy Indices, and with IntegriTAS, an integrated methodology and software for the analysis of organized crime threats to democratic politics. Prior to joining International IDEA, she coordinated a global network of parliamentarians and led projects on disarmament and arms control in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. 

Perotti earned her degree in International Relations in Argentina and she is currently specializing in Security Policy at the Swedish Defense University.
