Pola Mina

Project Financial Manager

Pola Mina is the Project Financial Manager in the Budget and Programme Performance unit at International IDEA since 2017 and has worked at the organization in other roles since 2012. 

Mina's work focuses on providing financial guidance and support in budget development for both International IDEA and donor-funded projects.

He also tracks financial progress of projects, provides project analysis highlighting expenditures analysis and budgets deviations. He oversees all financial, project/programme and grants accounting, and reviews financial reports, with a special emphasis on donor grants management and partnership agreements.

Mina's previous work experience includes serving as a Finance and Accounting officer at International IDEA (July 2012- March 2015), Senior Finance and Accounting Officer at International IDEA (April 2015- February 2017).
