SHAREBIOGRAPHY
Neima Abduljelil Mohammed supports the Addis Ababa office programme unit in relation to Finance and Administration activities and ensuring office follows the local and International standards of International IDEA.
Mohammed’s previous work experience includes working as a Financial Coordinator for Propride. She has designed Staff, Financial and Operational Manuals to the organization as well as to its newly established Micro Finance Bank.
She also served as Deputy Managing Director at Shama Plc, which is the biggest supplier of books and promoter of knowledge and learning in Ethiopia. She has designed a new Accounting and Management System that contributed to the expansion of the company. She has also worked as a taxation, business and investment advisor to different companies in Ethiopia.
