Mutale Chileshe is Finance and Administration Manager for International IDEA’s Mozambique Office.

Chileshe joined International IDEA in August 2022. He is overall responsible for financial and administration management for Mozambique Office.

Previously he worked as a Consultant⁠—Management Accountant for Ministry of Health in Auckland, New Zealand. He also worked at Oxfam as a Finance and Partnerships Manager, and at International Federation of the Red cross (IFRC) as a Finance Development Delegate.

He has worked in Asia Pacific and Africa, Iraq, New Zealand, Syria and UK, establishing financial frameworks, building complex budgets, producing donor financial reports and capacity building for civil society organizations.
