Makarena Aguilera is the Procurement Assistant in the Paraguay Office.

Makarena is a professional with more than 10 years of work experience in office administration, developing, organizing, and implementing strategic processes and risk management procedures. She has previously worked for 3M, a multinational company dedicated to research and innovation products. She strongly supports and believes in gender equality and respect for diversity, as well as social responsibility.

Aguilera joined International IDEA on 1 September 2020.
