Lisa Hagman manages the Publications team and supervises the production process for International IDEA’s publications in digital and print formats. She has a lead role in the development, implementation and promotion of the Institute’s publications, with a focus on improving the production process, workflows and formats. She is responsible for copyright issues and has a keen interest in design issues.

Hagman’s previous work experience includes serving as a Publications Officer in the same team and as a Programme Officer in the Planning and Coordination Unit at International IDEA. She started her career as a desk officer at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
