Ketura Nelkam was the Administrative Assistant & Receptionist of Chad Programme, N'Djamina. 

Ketura joined International IDEA in August 2022. Her responsibilities range from daily management for reception and processing financial documents such as records including disbursing cash; petty cash vouchers and registers expenses into the ERP System; processes invoices, project advance requests, project expenditure reports. She also manages logistics arrangements for travels, meetings and workshops and assisting with the registration of internal/external communications and institutional documents.

From 2021-2022, Ketura worked with the World Food Programme in Chad, as a Business Support HR. In 2019-2020, she worked as an Administrative-HR Assistant with Action Against Hunger Chad Mission, Moussoro. Earlier, Ketura worked as an Accounting Intern with the General Directorate of Taxes (DGI) of N'Djamena. In 2017 she was an Accounting and Financial Intern with Bank of Central African States (BEAC) of Sarh
