Julian Tucker is the Associate Programme Officer in the Electoral Processes Programme since February 2024. 

He previously worked at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung's Nordic Countries Office and the Institute for Security and Development Policy. He has also worked on a variety of projects including such topics as Arctic governance, European security, social and environmental change in post-socialist context, as well as human rights.

Julian holds a Master's degree in Central Asian Studies and a BA in Anthropology.
