Enzo is a Programme Assistant with the Digitalization and Democracy Programme, Global Programmes, in Stockholm. He joined International IDEA in July 2024.

Enzo originally joined the Digitalization and Democracy Programme as an intern in January 2025. He now supports the programme by coordinating logistical and administrative arrangements for global events, workshops, and meetings. His work also includes conducting research at the intersection of democracy, digital technology, artificial intelligence, and regulation. He contributes to the drafting of presentations, talking points, and briefing notes.

Prior to joining International IDEA, Enzo completed a Master’s degree in Political Science at Stockholm University. His academic and professional background is grounded in political participation, with a particular focus on inclusion. His thesis explored the political ambition of gender and sexual minorities, reflecting his broader interest in how individual identity can both reinforce and challenge structural inequalities. Enzo has also worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions analyst in the industrial sector, where he mapped stakeholder interests during acquisitions to ensure a smooth and transparent transition.
