Elin Falguera was a Programme Officer on the Political Parties, Representation and Participation team.

She developed the International IDEA Political Finance Database, which was launched in 2012. In addition to researching and writing about the impact of money on politics, Falguera has assisted in legal and regulatory reform through legal advice and capacity-building workshops in Myanmar, Bhutan and Sweden.
