ARTICLE 120. OF THE ELECTORS

Paraguayan citizens, without distinction, that have turned eighteen years old are electors.

The Paraguayans residing abroad are electors. The citizens are electors and eligible, with no other restrictions than that established in this Constitution and in the law.

The foreigners with definitive residence [radicación] will have the same rights in the municipal elections.

2.10.5 Votación en el exterior

A partir de las elecciones generales del 2013 también pueden votar los paraguayos residentes en el exterior. Las elecciones del exterior se realizaron en 3 países: España, Argentina y Estados Unidos de América, donde votaron en total 9.013 compatriotas de los 21.982 paraguayos inscriptos. Los resultados obtenidos en el exterior también formaron parte de los resultados del TREP.

2.10.6 Sistema informatizado área logística

Para las elecciones generales del 2013 se rediseñaron los sistemas utilizados para el manejo de toda la logística de las elecciones para lo cual se contó con un nuevo y moderno sistema de control de materiales electorales así como la auditoría de salida de maletines.
