VII. PENALTYPROVISIONS

Article 40

(1) The Inspectorate of the Interiorof the Republic of Slovenia shall be competent for the implementation andsupervision over the implementation of the provisions of this Act, except incases referred to in Articles 8 and 9 of this Act where the respectivecompetent bodies shall be inspection service of a local community or localpolice.

(2) Theauthorities as referred to in the preceding paragraph may impose fines foroffences committed under this Act within the range set herein.
