Article49
Anycharges for the foregoing offences shall be brought by the public prosecutorbefore the competent court.
The State Audit Office and the National Elections Commission shall, within thelimits of their jurisdiction, notify the Public Prosecution Service of anyidentified breach of this Act and deliver thereto all documents pertaining tothe concerned case.
Thereare no specific provisions for election-related criminal offenses (other than campaign finance infractions). Therefore, werefer to the general investigation and prosecution of criminal offences.
