HOMERULE AUTHORITIES

Section1 
(1) Greenland is a distinct community within the Kingdom ofDenmark. Within the framework of the unity of the Realm, the Greenland homerule authorities shall conduct Greenland affairs in accordance with theprovisions laid down in this Act.

Kapitel 6

? 50. Indsigelse mod gyldigheden af valget i en landstingskredskan frems?ttes af kandidaterne ved valget, hvad enten disse har opn?et valgeller ej, og i ?vrigt af enhver v?lger i den p?g?ldende landstingskreds.Indsigelsen skal frems?ttes skriftligt, ledsaget af en kort begrundelse, ogindleveres senest 7 dage efter valgets afholdelse til valgbestyrelsen.Valgbestyrelsen videresender straks klagen til Valgn?vnet ledsaget af debem?rkninger, den finder anledning til at fremkomme med.
Stk. 2. S?fremt der ved et valg erbeg?et betydelige fejl, er Valgn?vnet berettiget til ved en begrundet afg?relseat erkl?re valget for ugyldigt og beslutte afholdelse af omvalg helt eller delvis.
Stk. 3. Valgn?vnetfremsender den af n?vnet f?rte valgbog, der skal indeholde en angivelse af,hvem der er valgt, samt en fyldig fremstilling af det i forbindelse med valgetpasserede, til Landstingets orientering. Samtidig fremsendes stedfortr?derlistenj f. ?? 45 og 46.
Stk. 4. Valgn?vnetsafg?relser er endelige.
