II - the Regional Electoral Courts;

III - the Electoral Judges;

IV - the Electoral Boards

Lei n. 9504 30/09/1997 (ElectionLaw)

 

Art. 96. Salvo disposi??es espec?ficas em contr?riodesta Lei, as reclama??es ou representa??es relativas ao seu descumprimentopodem ser feitas por qualquer partido pol?tico, coliga??o ou candidato, e devemdirigir-se:

 

II – aos Tribunais Regionais Eleitorais, naselei??es federais, estaduais e distritais;

 

III – ao Tribunal Superior Eleitoral, na elei??opresidencial.

 

Article 96. Unless otherwise specified in this Law, claims orrepresentations regarding noncompliance with this Law can be made by anypolitical party, coalition or candidate, and shall be addressed to:

 

II - the Regional Electoral Courts for federal,state and federal district elections;

 

III - the Superior Electoral Court for thepresidential election.
