Exclusive jurisdiction for the offencesincluded by this decree is under the Criminal Court of the place where theytool place, regardless of the status of the liable party without applying inthis case the provisions of the Article 111, paragraph 7 of the Code ofCriminal Procedure, articles 241 through 247 of the law 28003/1941 “on themilitary penal code” Article 1 of the Law 528/1945 or any other provision onthe contrary

Asper the Greek legislation, the investigation and prosecution ofelection-related criminal offences are regulated by Greek Criminal Law, whichappoints Public Prosecutors as the actors entitle to investigate and prosecute.
