Título III, Párrafo III, Artículo 6: Para el despacho de cuestiones administrativas, la Junta Central Electoral se asistirá, entre otros, de los funcionarios siguientes: … e) Un Director de Registro Electoral, quien organizará lo concerniente al registro de electors y tendrá a su cargo todo lo relative al proceso de cedulación.
