Ballot Papers, Article 15.

(1) The votes at everyReferendum shall be given by ballot. The ballot of each voter shall consist ofa ballot paper in the form and containing the particulars hereinafterprescribed,

(2) Every ballot paper shallbe substantially in form A set out in the Third Schedule to this Act, and

(a)shall have printed on itthe question to be put to the voters as  specified by the President in terms of section2 (2) (a), and shall have printed on it the word ' Yes ' togetherwith the symbol, lamp, and the word' No' together with the symbol,pot, alongside such question in two separate cages one below the other

(b)shall be capable of beingfolded

(c)shall have a number printedon the reverse and

(d)shall have attached acounterfoil with the same number printed on the face.
