(2) 投票用紙には、賛成の文字及び反対の文字を印刷しなければならない。
(3) 投票用紙は、別記様式（第六十一条第一項、第二項及び第四項並びに第六十二条の規定による投票の場合にあっては、政令で定める様式）に準じて調製しなければならない。
