Cyprus so far does not have standing regulations on DD. The institution of the referendum is dealt at legislative level; it is possible to hold a consultative popular vote (plebiscite) based on ad hoc law. 

Some sort of direct democracyrelated feedback requirement contains in the Article 29 of the Constitution.But this functionally cannot be regarded as any for form of direct democracy assuch.
