Does the country use open source software in electoral processes?

The EMB in Tunisia has never used open source software for election management. However, in the past election there were collaboration between EMB and many independent organizations in many fields including plans for building an online map for election centers by using open source software. There is big support among EMB members for e-government initiatives and it is highly anticipated to use open source software extensively in the coming elections.
