If e-voting is NOT currently being used, what is the current status of e-voting in general?

South Sudan has held two elections, one in 2010 to vote for the presidential and legislative positions, and the other was a referendum to vote for secession. In both instances, South Sudan did not use electronic voting.
The Chairperson of the NEC reiterates that the state of use of technology in electoral processes has not yet been decided on, and that is something that will be discussed as preparations for the next elections are being done.
