Article 70. Announcement of results
Once the counting is completed, in accordance with theprovisions of Article 45, the government shall establish the national minutesof the referendum result. The Amendment of the Constitution shall be approvedif the number of affirmative votes issued by the Andorran people exceeds thenumber of negative votes. The head of Government shall immediately announce theresult of the referendum.
