Article 45

TheCoprinces, with the countersignature of the Head of Government, or whenappropriate, of the Syndic General, have the political responsibility for:

b) Calling areferendum in accordance with articles 76 and 106 of the Constitution.

Article 76

The Head ofGovernment, with the approval of the majority of the General Council, mayrequest the Coprinces to call a referendum on political matters.

Chapter Two.The advisory referendum

Article 72.Call for advisory referendum

The head ofthe Government shall request the co-princes to call a referendum on politicalmatters, when its holding is approved in accordance with the provisions of theConstitution.
