Assembly Rule n. 246 published on the Official Journalon the 21st  of October 1998

 

Art. 9.2:Complaint shall be sent directly to the Chamber signed with certifiedsubscription indicating the domicile or residence of the applicant. They shallbe sent to the Chamber of Deputies, in the person of the President of theChamber, within twenty days from the date of proclamation of the deputy towhich they relate. In the event of an appeal for more proclamations, the periodshall run separately for each Member concerned. The complaint not filled intime shall be returned to the applicant. If a complaint is partially not filledin time it shall be notified to the applicant.

 

Art. 9.2:I ricorsi proposti direttamente alla Camera devono essere sottoscritticon firma autenticata nelle forme di legge e devono indicare il domicilio o laresidenza del ricorrente. Essi devono essere inviati con data certa alla Cameradei deputati, in persona del Presidente della Camera, entro venti giorni dalgiorno di proclamazione del deputato cui si riferiscono. In caso di ricorsoavverso pi? proclamazioni, il termine decorre distintamente per ciascundeputato interessato, restando l'atto improcedibile quale ricorso per le partiriguardanti proclamazioni tardivamente impugnate. Gli atti integralmente intempestivi sono restituiti almittente. Degli atti parzialmente intempestivi si d? comunicazione alricorrente.

Art. 7: 1 The appeal to the elections can be filled with certifiedsubscription by voters in the congressional district concerned or fromcandidates that wanted to be elected in the congressional district.

Comment

In the rules regulating the submission of acomplaint, there is no legal requirement to pay any fee or deposit. A tax stampmight be requested to pay when filling the complaint.
