BERMUDA CONSTITUTION ORDER 1968

 

Section 33:

“(1) The Supreme Court shall havejurisdiction to hear and determine any question whether:

(b) anyperson has been validly elected as a member of the House of Assembly;

(2) Anapplication to the Supreme Court for the determination of

(b) anyquestion under paragraph (b) of that subsection may be made by any personregistered as such an elector in the constituency in which the election towhich the application relates was held or by any person who was a candidate inthat constituency at that election or by the Attorney-General;”
