Section 105 There shall be an Inspection Committeeconsisting of persons, who are not Government officials holding a permanentposition or drawing salary, who have been appointed as the Chairmen of eachcommittee of the Law Councilors under the law on the Council of State, and whoare not members of, or holders of other positions in political parties, toperform duties under this Section…….

Section 106 In the case where it appears before theElection Commission that any person committed any act for the benefit of anycandidate or political party which may cause the election to be dishonest andunfair, the Election Commission shall have the power to order such person toabate such act or order that such act be remedied under the conditions andwithin the prescribed time period.

If a police officer isnotified of or discovers an act under paragraph one, and that act constitutesan offense under this Organic Act, the police officer shall make an arrest andpromptly institute legal proceedings, as well as notify the Election Commissionof Changwat in order to report to the Election Commission for its considerationthereof.

Section 112 For the purpose of theconduct of a factual investigation and inquiry in connection with an electionand the prevention of the election from being conducted in a dishonest andunfair manner, the Election Commission or an Election Commissioner entrusted bythe Election Commission shall have the powers as follows:

(2) to require the Anti-Money Laundering Officeto deliver a report of transactions of the persons likely to be connected withan election to the Election Commission or require the Bank of Thailand or acommercial bank under the law on commercial banking or other financialinstitutions to notify of money transfers as requested by the ElectionCommission.
