Who prosecutes election-related criminal offences?

Article (24): Court Jurisdiction

1. The court shall have the competence of hearingappeals filed for cancellation or amendment of the decisions passed by theCommission, or appeals which may be challenged according to this law before theElection Cases

2. The Court’s Jurisdiction shall not include the elections crimesstipulated in this law which fall under the jurisdiction of the regular courts.
