Article51. (1) The prosecutor is the official who within the limits ofhis/her competence and in the name of the state conducts a criminalinvestigation, represents the prosecution in court and performs other dutiesprovided hereunder. The prosecutor participating in the hearing of a criminalcase shall have the status of public prosecutor

(4) The prosecutorshall represent the prosecution during a case hearing in the name of the stateand shall present in the hearing the evidence obtained by the criminalinvestigative body.
