The Serious Crimes Department shall conduct and adjudicate the caseany criminal proceeding where one or more of the potential criminal offencesunder Article 15 of the Law on Courts in general, and specifically thosecriminal offences listedin Article 22, have been alleged or charged by the State Prosecutor.
Article 22 OffencesConsidered as Serious Crimes for the Purpose of this Code
1. For the purposeof this code, the following Articles of the criminal code shall be consideredSerious Crimes in accordance with Article 15 of the Law on Courts, Law No.03/L-199:
