Article 125. The Procurator-General of theRepublic of Belarus and subordinate public prosecutors shall be entrusted tosupervise the strict and unified implementation of the laws, decrees,regulations and other enforceable enactments by ministers and other bodies subordinateto the Council of Ministers, as well as by local representative and executivebodies, enterprises, organizations, establishments, public associations,officials and citizens.
The Procurator's office shall exercisesupervision over the implementation of the laws determining the execution ofthe verdicts of the courts in civil, criminal and administrative cases ininstances determined by the law, as well as shall carry out preliminaryinvestigation and support state charges in the courts.
