Who prosecutes election-related criminal offences?

Article5:

ThePublic Prosecution shall be an integral part of the judicial authority and shall be responsible forcriminal proceedings. It shall conduct the investigation, prosecution and theexercise of all its powers in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
