Article133. 1I. Via procedure and in cases specified bylegislation, Procurator’sOffice of the Azerbaijan Republic exercises control over fulfilment andapplication of laws; in cases envisaged by legislation it undertakesprosecution and carries out investigation; supports state incrimination in thelaw court; brings in an action in the law court; remonstrates against decisionsof law court.
