353 Method ofdisputing elections

(1) The validity of anyelection or return may be disputed by petition addressed to the Court ofDisputed Returns and not otherwise.

 

354The Court of Disputed Returns

(1) The High Court shall be the Court of Disputed Returns, andshall have jurisdiction either to try the petition or to refer it for trial to theFederal Court of Australia (the Federal Court).
